I've been using this to make my Keto Ice Cream Recipe the last week or so and I'm LOVING IT!
This fun gadget is a game-changer for making personal portion size ice cream at home – and tons of folks use it to make low carb/keto ice cream as well. PPP Team Member Jamie got it and tried it out this week!
My son really wanted me to get this so he can make his own protein ice cream (He's doing weight-lifting) and I wanted to try out some Keto recipes – so we snagged it on sale recently! I tried it out today to make Rocky Road Ice Cream and while this picture doesn't LOOK very good (I put it in the freezer for a little longer because it was more of a soft serve consistency) – it was DELICIOUS. My son came home from swimming and ate the rest and agreed that it was incredible!
This is a PERSONAL SIZE ice cream maker. It's great because it doesn't take up much room at all – we just keep our mug in the freezer so it's ready to use at all times. But if you wanted to make ice cream for the whole family or enough for several days – this isn't a good size. You might want to look into the Ninja Creami or the Cuisinart instead!

PPP Team Member Ashley just tried another version of the Dash Ice Cream Maker recently (the “My Pint”) and she's been telling our whole team how delicious it was!
Ashley here! This ice cream was SOO YUMMY – I think I gained 5 lbs last week taste-testing homemade ice cream with the kids. 😀 I was worried this would be a lot of work for a so-so ice cream, but it turned out to be easy and SOOOO GOOD.
1. You start by making a simple ice cream “batter” and then pour it into the frozen cup of the Dash “My Pint”…
You can stir in whatever mix-ins you like later – but it will make it harder to churn if you stir in at the beginning.
2. Put the lid on, push the button, and let it churn for 10-17 minutes.
3. After it's done you can eat it right away!
I was surprised by how creamy and flavorful the ice cream it was. It's more of a soft serve consistency – the paddle wouldn't be able to move through it to churn if it were hard. But you can put it back in the freezer to get it to make harder ice cream.
We doctored our up with some yummy sundae toppings and had a tasting party with the kiddos – they were so impressed!

Would you share the protein ice cream recipe please?
Sadly we do not have a protein recipe we recommend, but this is one of our favorite Keto Ice Cream Recipe! I hope that helps. https://passionatepennypincher.com/easy-keto-ice-cream-recipe/
