Note: We're traveling some this week and I had scheduled this post prior to the tornadoes that struck Moore, Oklahoma on Monday. If you'd like to know more on how you can help in with tornado relief efforts, visit my friend Kelly at Fru-Gal for more information. (And continue to pray for those devastated by those storms ~ I cannot even imagine what they're going through right now.)Â
A friend of mine helped out with a local ministry (Inside Out Ministries) a few weeks ago, and forwarded me their list of items they're currently low on. It got me thinking that it's been awhile since I did a list of what items are needed at local food banks, so I thought I'd share them here, and if you're able I'd love for you to support these ministries! If you're not here in the North Alabama area, I'm sure a local food pantry in your hometown could benefit from these as well.

Love, love, love couponing, but being able to give abundantly thanks to clipping a few coupons makes it even more fun!
