Shhhhh…the secret is out but you’re the first to hear…YOU can make your own Chick-fil-A sauce at home! Skip the drive-thru and make this delicious copycat Chick-fil-A sauce.

We’re on a mission to be “we have food at home” moms. So, anytime we find a copycat recipe for our favorite fast food and restaurants, we are all over it! This homemade sauce tastes exactly like the real stuff, except making it at home protects your budget big time.

With this recipe you can make as much as you want, so go ahead and drench your chicken strips, nuggets, or fries in that tangy, crave-able sauce.

Bonus: you probably have all these ingredients at home already!

Chick-fil-A Sauce Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 Tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce (I used Sweet Baby Ray’s)
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

How to Make Chick-Fil-A Sauce at Home:

In a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.

Taste and adjust as needed, add more honey for sweetness, more mustard or lemon juice for a tangy kick!

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week (if it even lasts that long!).

  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • ¼ cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk until smooth.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

We enjoyed this sauce with chicken tenders and fries, but you could totally try it on your hamburgers, or as a dressing for a salad. Give it a try and let us know what you think!
