I have requested the download for the Mexican Fiesta multiple times, but haven’t received an email yet. I check my Spam folder multiple times a day. It’s not there either. I just can’t seem to get emails from PPP anymore.

I cooked the chicken enchiladas last nite. I thought I had all of the ingredients, but sadly nope. So, I had to tweek it just a bit. I didnt have enough cream cheese, but used what I had. And only had mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Still turned out amazing. Will be making this again.
