Chicken Parm Meatball Pops
We love using your pictures. This cutie is the son of supper club member, Debbie and we're tickled to be able to feature his yummy chicken parm meatball pops. Great job!
Here's what Debbie had to say: “It was my son’s turn to make lunch today and Holy cheese balls these were good! These would be great appetizers, alone for a quick dinner or even in spaghetti for the non beef eaters! Serve with breadsticks or the sides menu cheesy flatbread!”

Ingredients needed for chicken parm meatball pops:
- ground chicken
- Italian seasoned panko bread crumbs
- spaghetti sauce
- egg
- salt
- black pepper
- mozzarella cheese sticks
- olive oil
- lollipop sticks

How to make chicken parm pops:
- Start by preheating the oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, you'll combine some ground chicken, bread crumbs, spaghetti sauce, egg, garlic salt and pepper.
- Then loosely form mixture into 15 golf ball-size meatballs. Make a hole in the center of each one, and press in one piece of a cheese stick.
- Place onto a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, and allow to cool; insert lollipop stick or wooden skewer. Or eat them plain or serve with toothpicks.
- Mix the remaining 1 tablespoon spaghetti sauce and 2 teaspoons olive oil and spoon a small amount over each meatball.
- Serve with a side of spaghetti sauce, if desired.
What to use to make these pops?
You can either use lollipop sticks from the candy making section or cut wooden skewers into 2-3 pieces and remove the pointed end.

- 1 tsp black pepper
- 3 mozzarella cheese sticks, each cut into 5 equal pieces
- 2 tsps olive oil
- 15 lollipop sticks
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons spaghetti sauce, egg, garlic salt and pepper.
