How to Organize Charger Cords
I gathered all of my cords from every drawer I could think of and anything that I knew would fit them to be charged. I absolutely can not believe how many cords we had! And the charging boxes…we had 13 just lying around that weren’t even being used! First things first, make sure you test all of the cords to make sure they work. No use keeping cords around that should be trashed.
I separated them by cord type and as I made sure they worked I put it in one of the individual photo boxes. I had quite a few Apple cords so I made a few boxes for them and labeled what length the cord was. Once the photo box was full, I put the rest of the cords that size in a donation bin. I was even able to fit a 6ft extension cord in one of the boxes. (My husband is always looking for one of them!)
How to Keep Charger Cords Organized
To keep them organized – I used this label maker so it wouldn't ever get in that state again. It’s so fun and easy to use. I’ll be looking for more projects to use it on!
This is really going to cut down on my over buying of cords when I think we need one and help me know exactly where to go when I need one quick.
