Blackened Shrimp

Ingredients for Blackened Shrimp
- Uncooked shrimp – use fresh or previously frozen & thawed
- Cajun blackening seasoning
- Olive oil
- Butter
How to make Blackened Shrimp (the easy way!)
Pat thawed shrimp dry with paper towel. Place in a large bowl and sprinkle with blackened seasoning. Toss well until each piece is covered.
In a large skillet, combine olive oil and butter. Heat over medium-high and add shrimp. Cook shrimp just about one minute per side until opaque.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tsps Cajun blackened seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Pat shrimp dry with paper towels, and place into a bowl. Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter together over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp until opaque, about 1 minute per side.
