Easter is just around the corner and what better way to celebrate than with a delicious homemade pie? Cheryl's Blackberry Cream Pie is the perfect dessert for your Easter gathering. Not only is it delicious and easy to make, but it can also be made ahead of time, which means less stress for you on the big day.
One of the best things about this pie is that it has less 5 ingredients (and a few staples), making it a simple and affordable option for any home cook.

This pie is perfect for any gathering and is sure to be a hit with your family and friends. The combination of the sweet blackberries and the rich whipping cream is a match made in heaven. Plus, the fact that it can be made ahead of time means less stress for you on the big day.
Ingredients needed for blackberry cream pie:
- refrigerated pie crust
- fresh blackberries
- ground cinnamon
- whipping cream
How to make blackberry cream pie:
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Drape pie crust over pie plate, trim the edges, crimping as you go. If you're feeling really ambitious go ahead and make a homemade pie crust.
Next, toss those beautiful berries right into that unbaked pie crust.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together 2/3 cup sugar, 4 tablespoons flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon and 1 cup whipping cream. Pour this deliciousness over the berries.
Bake about 35-45 minutes or until the pie is set.
Let the pie cool completely and then cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
This blackberry cream pie is the very best served cold. 🙂
Cheryl's Blackberry Cream Pie
- 1 refrigerated pie crust
- 4 cups fresh blackberries
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 4 Tbsp flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup whipping cream
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Drape pie crust over pie plate, and trim the edges, crimping as desired.
- Place berries into unbaked pie crust.
- In a mixing bowl, mix together remaining ingredients, and pour over berries.
- Bake 35-45 minutes.
- Let pie cool completely; cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Best served cold.
