Made two pies, one with blueberries, and the other with strawberries. Both turned out awesome. Used rolled pie crust sheets.

Yum! Sounds delicious!

I made this recipe and it is delicious! However, I think it needed to either bake longer or I needed to chill it overnight. I’m not sure what the consistency should have been, but it was not thick or even pudding-like in the center. Any suggestions as to how it can be improved?

I have only made this once before but I do think its super important to let it cool completely and then cool over night before serving! Hope this helps!
