Blackberry Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 refrigerated pie crust
  • 4 cups fresh blackberries
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 4 Tbsp flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup whipping cream

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Drape pie crust over pie plate, and trim the edges, crimping as desired.
  • Place berries into unbaked pie crust.
  • In a mixing bowl, mix together remaining ingredients, and pour over berries.
  • Bake 35-45 minutes.
  • Let pie cool completely; cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Best served cold.
