My friend highly recommended this bidet so I ordered it. Arrived today and I started to install it. Taking off my toilet seat was no problem. Connecting water lines was also very easy. My problem is that the bolts on my toilet seat are too short with the adjustment plates in place. Without them my seat isn't level. This isn't anyones fault. And won't be difficult to run to hardware store and purchase 2 longer bolts. I did sit and try it out. I wish the front wash was more of a finer spray than a stream of water. But, the back wash is wonderful! Never did I ever think I'd have a bidet on my toilet. I love it. Will be ordering another to put on our other toilet.
I'm a 75 year old woman and I found this very easy to install myself. Simple and easy to use. Have it for a couple weeks now and very satisfied. Was worried about it only using cold water, but find the water temperature comfortable even in the winter.
