This is a really really nice set. I was surprised. It lasts long! I saw some other darker skin ppl say the colors are bad with their skin. These colors work for me. There are a few extremely light colors but those are good for lip contouring/ highlighting the center of your lip after adding a darker base.
Very nice matte look! Lots of shades for many occasions, and I love how it sticks very nicely and stays all night! Great for going out for dinner or drinks! It looks great for many hours!
First, I’d like to point out I’m not makeup expert. I’ve never worn lipstick before but decided recently I wanted to play with a little color on my lip. So I can’t compare this to anything. But it does go on smoothly; it’s very easy to apply. And it smells AMAZING, like cocoa or something. But after it dries, it’s extremely sticky. It feels funny when I talk. I had to put some Carmex over it. The colors overall are very nice!
I have to admit that I'm surprised by how good these are considering how cheap they are. I like that they are tiny because I never end up using all of the big tubes before it's time to toss them. Plus, I can gift the colors that aren't me. They smell a bit strong, kind of like cake batter — very sweet. But the scent goes away fast. They colors are very opaque and you don't need more than one coat. They dry to a matte finish but don't feel dry. After about 10 minutes, I drank some water and didn't get any lipstick rings on the glass. And after dinner, I'd say about 75% of the lipstick was still on my lips. I used one of my makeup cloths to easily get it off at the end of the day.
These lippies do not move. They stay put through drinking and they do not come off on your mask. I like the variety of colors they have for a really good price!!!
