These apple pie puffs made in a muffin tin turned out so delicious!

Apple Pie Puffins
I’ m calling these Apple Pie Puffins! Get it? Apple pie + puff pastry + muffins = APPLE PIE PUFFINS!
These little individual apple pies are SO easy to make, and they’re the perfect shortcut when you want a cozy fall dessert without making an entire pie from scratch.
Everyone gets their own little apple pie. And yes, they’re even better served warm with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce. These turned out so DELICIOUS, you HAVE to make this simple recipe ASAP!

Ingredients:
- Puff pastry
- Apple pie filling
- Melted butter
- Cinnamon
- Vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce (for topping)
How to Make Apple Pie Puffins:
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Lay the puff pastry on top of the muffin tin, and gently press the pastry into the bottom and sides of each cup.
Spoon apple pie filling into each puff pastry cup. You don’t need a ton of filling since these are small individual desserts.
Using a pizza cutter, cut the puff pastry in-between each muffin cup.
Fold and tuck the puff pastry around the top of the apple pie filling. Don’t worry about making them perfect. These are meant to be easy!

Brush the tops of the puff pastry with a little melted butter, then sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 400°F for 15–20 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and puffed.
Let them cool for a few minutes before carefully removing them from the muffin tin.
For the full fall dessert experience, serve these warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
