From then on, your box will ship once per month on either the 15th of each month (if your renewal lands between the 27th – 12th) OR the 30th of the month (if your renewal date lands between the 13th – 26th).

You can cancel at any time, for any reason, by logging into your account (you will have to create an account at first log-in with the email matching the email address you purchased under).
