If you have larger thigh then you are going to know EXACTLY what I’m talking about when I say I have long suffered from Summertime Chub Rub.  I usually combat it by wearing bicycle shorts under dresses – but sometimes when I’m wearing shorts I can’t avoid the way my thighs chafe when they rub together as I walk.  Especially if I’m out sweating and walking….

A couple Summers ago I found a product that I can no longer live without… it’s called Body Glide.

Whether you get it in Pink for Her or Blue for Anybody – it’s a fantastic way to prevent chafing from skin on skin contact – or from irritating sports bra straps, etc…

PPP Team Member Kristen uses the Blue Body Glide for running and puts it on her shoulders to keep her sports bra from chafing her skin. (Genius!)

It looks like a tube of deodorant, and you swipe it on your thighs or wherever else you get chub rub in the summertime and it keeps you from getting irritated skin!  Say goodbye to sweaty heat rashes while you’re just trying to take a walk with your family – and feel free again to wear sundresses without bicycle shorts underneath.  Woohoo!
