I’m trying to get my points for my purchases from Auntie Anne’s . I had like 4-5 receipts that don’t have a barcode. And everytime I use my card my receipts never ever have a barcode on it. And I’ve been trying to reach out to someone anyone that can give me my points. The website I can’t find where it is to post my pictures of my receipts . Then yall will act like yall can’t give me my points from them.
I wish we could help get your points but the only thing you can really do is contact customer support. There is usually a place at the bottom of the company’s website that says “Contact Us”. I would definitely try that. Hope that helps!
I know this is an old question, but I thought I should reply in case someone else has the same issue. I usually have to ask for the half of the receipt with the bar code. I see the people that work there toss the barcodes into a box behind the register. I suppose they must be giving them to friends to scan for free pretzels.
Thanks for chiming in Heather!
