I have spent my day wayyyyyy behind (anyone else with me?), so here’s the quickest recipe posting you’ll ever see!  We enjoyed this yummy dinner last night at our house, and loved that it was easy, something a little different to make with cheap spaghetti sauce, 🙂 and a crowd pleaser to boot!

Here are my girlies mixing this recipe up (can you tell Ms. Reagan isn’t a big fan of spaghetti sauce?)

Then they added in the pepperoni . . .

And of course mixed it all up (the most exciting part of cooking at our house) . . .

Just made this, we added fresh chopped onion and garlic to the meat, and used pasta sauce with mushrooms and bellpepper.. On my son’s request we put cheese in the middle too and it was AWESOME! I am one of those who makes the same things over and over so I just LLOOVEEE your recipes you post!! (So does my family!) I conveniently get ideas while making my grocery list/coupon match ups!

I make something like this, but I add a can of campbell’s cheese soup to the spaghetti sauce, and a can of mushrooms. Trust me – the soup makes a huge difference! YUMMY!

I already have my dinner planned for tonight but that is definitely on the menu for tomorrow night. I have to use up some of my stockpile past and sauce…actually I have all this on hand without even shopping this weeks sale yet! Yeah! Thanks so much for sharing!

This is one of my favorite meals to make and to eat. We usually do it with chicken (or chicken sausage) instead of ground beef though, and of course throw in some diced green peppers and mushrooms.

Great idea Julie! I was thinking it would also be yummy with Italian Sausage, but my husband is not much of a sausage fan. I even had chicken sausage in the freezer (and should have tried that!)
