Crockpot Sloppy Joes

Here’s a super easy Slow Cooker Sloppy Joes recipe that definitely helped make dinnertime run smoothly at our house! I served them with baked potatoes and corn on the cob. . . super easy, and I only spent 15 minutes in the kitchen. (Love that!) If you’ve tried out sloppy joes in the slow cooker, I’d love to hear how you make yours too.

Slow Cooker Sloppy Joes

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 bottle chili sauce (12 oz)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire
  • buns (we served on Sara Lee dinner rolls ~ they were perfect!)

  1. Cook beef, onion and red pepper in skillet on medium heat until meat is cooked.
  2. Add meat to slow cooker.
  3. Add everything else (except the buns!) to slow cooker and cook on low 3-4 hours.
  4. Enjoy!
