Especially FLATTERING for women with narrow shoulders! I wear a small or medium depending on how an item is made. I’m 5’5” 123 lbs. I think I could have gotten a small in this, but I’m happy with the medium. It’s roomy. Rich navy blue color. This dress looks great with white sandals and white pearls or casual with white tennis shoes. I prefer to wear biker shorts with dresses in the summer – so the shorts with pockets that came with this dress are perfect. The pockets on the dress are deep. The shorts are a thin fabric. The ruffles add a little something (similar to shoulder pads would be in a jacket) to my narrow shoulders. Quick drying. I didn’t get this to wear as a tennis dress. I got this to wear as a summer dress and on vacation.
