If you're looking for a yummy crowd pleaser at your house this week, check out this Stuffed Shells recipe!  They're so easy and good, and a nice variation to plain old spaghetti night!

Even if you don't make this recipe, be sure to stock up on the Mueller's Pasta Jumbo Shells this week at Publix (you can use the $1/2 coupon HERE).  While regular pasta noodles go on sale every few weeks, it's rare to see the pasta shells priced so low.  So, be sure to stock up!  Here's the recipe . . . 

Stuffed Pasta Shells

Ingredients

• 15 oz. container ricotta cheese Use $1/1 Sorrento Ricotta or Block Mozzarella Cheeses 9/26/2010 SS Insert (exp 12/31/2010)or $1/1 Ricotta Cheese Blinkie (exp 2/1/11)
• 10 oz. package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and well drained  Birdseye Frozen Veggies On Sale 50% Off, use $1/3 Birdseye 11/14/2010 SS Insert 
•  1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese  Kraft Shredded Cheese or Cubes On Sale $2, use $1/1 Kraft Shredded Cheese with Philadelphia if included in sale or $1/2 Kraft Shredded Cheese Target Store Coupon
•  1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1 Jar Pasta Sauce  Ragu Pasta Sauce On Sale $1.50, use  B2G1 Pasta WYB Ragu Pasta Sauce 11/14/2010 RP Insert (exp 12/12/2010)  
• 18 jumbo shell-shaped pasta, cooked and drained Mueller’s Jumbo Shells Pasta, 12 or 16 oz pkg, On Sale $.99, use $1/2 Mueller’s Pasta Products

Directions

1. Stir the ricotta cheese, broccoli, 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and black pepper in a medium bowl.
2. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture into each shell.
3. Spread 1 cup of the pasta sauce in a 13x9x2-inch shallow baking dish. Place the filled shells on the sauce.
4. Pour the remaining pasta sauce over the shells. Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
5. Bake at 400 degrees F for 25 minutes or until hot.
