Our version . . .
Do you know how hard it is to get a pretty picture of a burger?
I caught my hubby flipping through Kraft Food & Family magazine the other day, and sure enough he decided exactly what we'd be making this week! Â After snagging loads of cheap ground beef at Publix last week, we had plenty of meat for burgers, and he was ready for some beef (I'm a chicken girl, myself . . .)
These were easier to assemble than I expected, and I loved that since the recipe calls for the patties divided in half, making them just the right size for my kiddos. Â (We stuffed ours with the bacon, cheese and onion but left theirs plain.) Â If you're looking for a different take on the classic burger, than take a few extra minutes and try these out in your kitchen tonight!

Looking at the Kraft picture, I think the components were cut separately and then assembled. But yours looks yummy too!

I thought your burger pics were great. You really made me hungry. Just got home from work, too bad I don’t have the beef to make these tonight.

Thanks Mary! I hate taking pictures of food . . . especially ground beef. (Which is so silly!) It really is probably the most stressful thing I do, because I refuse to buy an expensive camera, but I’m glad you didn’t think it was terrible! I hope you get to try them soon (and let me know what you think!)

Those look amazing! We made some cheese stuffed burgers the other week and they were delish. Burnt my mouth on the gooey cheese, but sometimes you just have to play through the pain….at least when it comes to cheese, lol.

We haven’t made cheese stuffed burgers in ages Cassie – but you’re right, they’re so good! 🙂
