15 Clever Ways to Upcycle Pill Bottles
Bridgett here! If you are like me and have empty pill bottles lying around – you’ve probably wondered what clever ways you could repurpose them. I asked that EXACT question in our Home Planner Group (because those ladies are so smart and creative) and I’ve rounded up some of the best ideas to share with you!
Safety tip: be sure to clean the bottles well, especially if a narcotic medication was in the bottle previously.

Dental floss picks fit perfectly into empty pill bottle. I also store qtips, cotton balls and bandaids and small amount laundry powder in pill bottles when I travel. Hard candy fits and easy to carry in case you are a diabetic. Small pack crayons fit in the tall bottles and won’t melt in the car ( we live in TX). The crayons also fit in a old soap plastic travel case or the small rectangle zip lock container. I melt old crayons down in an old muffin tin. The crayon disks (8) fit perfectly in parmesan cheese jars with lid for kids to color with or do etching with ( easy party or xmas gift).
