On Saturday, January 24th, Walmart is hosting their annual FREE Walmart Wellness Day – a one-day event designed to make preventive healthcare easy, accessible, and affordable for families nationwide. They’re also going to be giving away FREE Samples from popular brands like Liquid IV, Nature’s Truth, Celestial Tea, Nature’s Garden, Ricola, and others! 🙂
During this special event, customers can stop by participating Walmart pharmacies for a variety of free health screenings, low-cost immunizations, and helpful wellness resources – no appointment needed. It’s a great opportunity to check in on your health, especially if you’ve been putting it off!
The annual Wellness Event will run from 10 AM to 2 PM at nearly 4,600 Walmart pharmacies nationwide. Walmart’s goal with Wellness Day is simple: help customers get back on track with preventive care and start the year feeling their best.

More than 4,700 Walmart pharmacies nationwide will participate in Walmart Wellness Day from 10 AM to 2 PM local time on January 24th. Here’s a look at what you may find at participating locations:
- Free health screenings, including glucose, cholesterol, blood pressure, body mass index (BMI), and vision screenings (select locations).
- Free samples from buzzworth brands
- Educational health resources and one-on-one wellness consultations with Walmart’s trusted pharmacy team.
- Affordable immunizations, including measles, mumps, rubella (MMR), varicella (chicken pox), HPV, tetanus, whooping cough (TDAP), and more.
- No-cost COVID-19 vaccines.
