Check your fridge!  Walmart just announced a major recall on its Great Value Cottage Cheese.  Officials say it could post a significant health risk due to not being fully pasteurized. The issue was found during a troubleshooting exercise with a pasteurizer.  It has since been fixed.  The FDA warns that unpasteurized (or raw) milk products can carry “Salmonella, E. coli, Listeria, Campylobacter, and others that cause foodborne illness, often called ‘food poisoning,’
