Another day – another recall!Â
Heads up, parents – the FDA has announced a widespread recall of 4.3 million tubes of toothpaste – MANY of these marketed to children and sold at popular retailers like Walmart and Dollar Tree and were distributed nation wide. The toothpaste recall started in early September and is an ongoing investigation. The toothpaste affected includes popular marketed items like Barbie, Hot Wheels, Crayola and more.
The exact reasoning behind the recall has not been issued other than reported manufacturing practices. The recall currently stands as a Class II recall, meaning products could cause temporary or medically reversible health problems with serious health consequence risks being low.

What do do?
Consumers are advised to discard any recalled products listed and stop using immediately. Contact the manufacturer or retailer for instructions on refunds or returns if you have one of the lot numbers included.
