Tik Tok Wallflower Hack!
Love Bath & Body Works scents? So do we!
We spotted this cool Wallflower trick on TikTok last fall and had to try it ourselves – this is a fun way to use any of those FREE Bath & Body Works Wallflower mailer coupons you receive all the time in the mail! All you need is an Air Wick Essential Mist Diffuser and a Wallflower from Bath & Body Works.
Here’s how to do this Air Wick Essential Mist Refill Hack:
1) – Pick up an Air Wick Essential Mist Diffuser
NOTE: If you don’t have the older model already – they’ve CHANGED models to a shorter design that doesn’t accommodate the Wallflowers – HOWEVER – there’s a simple workaround!
Just use up the refill that comes with the kit – then open it and pour the Bath & Body Works Wallflower liquid of your choice in. Several reviews on Amazon and Walmart have attested this is the workaround for the new design!
2) After installing the included batteries – you can click the refill in to see how it works. The scent cycle can be set on varying intensities.
3) To switch to a Wallflower Refill – yank the Air Wick refill straight down and out. Push the Wallflower straight up until you hear a *click*. It won’t fit quite the same as the original refill – but till still work!
NOTE: It will sit at an angle making the lid not fit as well, however it’s still fully functional.
4) Turn on and let your favorite Bath & Body Works fragrances fill your house with yummy smells!

Epic FAIL on my end…I did every step…still nothing

Why don’t you just pull the tops off of each and pour the BBW fragrance into the Air wick bottle. I’ve done that with some of the bottles.
100% does not work. I bought the exact linked model and tried every angle, the base will not close. Just FYI as of today this is not accurate.
You have to pop the top off the Air Wick refill and then take a pliers to the Wallflower and tug the wick out. Dump the wallflower into the Air Wick refill. You just need to cut a tiny bit off the wallflower wick to match the length of the Air Wick.
It doesn’t work with the new design. You have to search for the older design on Amazon. They close differently and it’s not as modern looking, but it works. I have both models. I found the old one on Amazon
