Looking for an easy and yummy side dish for Thanksgiving? This creamed corn is made right in your crockpot and is a total crowd pleaser!
Slow Cooker Creamed Corn
My family LOVES creamed corn! It is a holiday and cold weather staple in our home, but it really is great all year round too. This recipe is EASY too – the slow cooker does almost all of the work – just dump the ingredients into your slow cooker and let it do all the cookin’ for you!
P.S. I made this at the same time I made the Southern-Style Green Beans using these Slow Cooker Dividers. They are SO handy for making multiple foods at once (I was making them out of foil before 😉 ) or for keeping many things warm in the crockpot!

Ingredients
- Frozen sweet corn
- Cream cheese
- Butter
- Milk
- Sugar

How to make creamed corn in the Crockpot
In your crockpot, combine two packages frozen sweet corn, one package of cream cheese, one stick of butter, 1/2 cup of milk, and two tablespoons of sugar. Salt and pepper to taste.
Cover, and cook on high 2-4 hours or low 4-6 hours. Just be careful not to overcook as the corn can get chewy.
