The PPP 2022 November Recipe Calendar is here and it is sooooo fun!!! Fall is finally here in full force, and I am loving simple meals at home. We chose the lunch box meals, freezer meals and low cal meals PLUS celebration meals for the thanksgiving menu! I am so ready to have a few lighter meals before we go into the holiday season. 🙂
EEK! I CAN'T WAIT!
Here's what's on the menu plan for us for the first week:
Week of October 30th:
- Monday – Creole Chicken over Cheesy Polenta + Spinach Salad w/ Hot Bacon Dressing
- Tuesday – Mexican Style Pork and Guacamole Salad
- Wednesday – Egg Crust Breakfast Pizzas
- Thursday – Ground Beef Stroganoff + Brussels Sprouts Au Gratin
- Friday – Shrimp Ceviche Salad
- Saturday – Leftover Buffet + Slim Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Bars
This little idea to share the calendar has become more and more fun each month, and adding in our SIDES MENUS makes it extra special.

From now through December 4th, I'm challenging you to join me and make a dinner from one of our Menu Plans every single day Monday-Friday for 5 straight weeks. (I can't wait for the tater tot casserole, 7-up Biscuits, and lunch lady brownies. Those are just a few of my favorites!) I'll be making several of these on Facebook Live with you too this month ~ I am SO ready to get back on track and looking for an amazing month!
Note: the challenge is for five weeks, but each of our menu plans actually include a whopping 12 weeks of meals & desserts!
