Cervical Traction Neck Pillow UNDER $13!
Jamie here! If you suffer from neck pain or have developed that dreaded back hump from hunching over a computer or phone – you might want to take a look at this helpful gadget! I've been going to the chiropractor for the last few months and a few weeks back he had me lie in neck traction thingy.
I asked him if it would be a good idea to get one of those blue neck pillows I keep seeing on Amazon and he said it wouldn't hurt and that it WOULD probably help me to take the weight off for a few minutes a day. I just got mine in and I plan to take it in and get him to show me the most effective way to use it – but I used it this afternoon and was able to get comfortable in it (MUCH more so than the office traction machine) and it felt really good.
Here's how to snag this deal:
Add Neck Stretcher Cervical Spine Traction Device – $19.99
Use the code PAM454KX at checkout
Shipping is free with Amazon Prime or Super Saver Shipping
Makes it just $12.99 shipped!
Here's how to use it:
- Lie flat on your back and bend your knees.
- Place the pillow under your neck, close to your shoulders. I found the pillow uncomfortable as it pushed against the bottom of my skull at first, so I scooched it down a bit more and it was perfect.
- For a more beginner stretch, face the open side TOWARD your neck. As you get used to the slight discomfort of traction and your neck stretches more readily, you can turn it around and face the open side AWAY from your neck for a bigger stretch.
- Lie flat for 10 minutes a day for relief!
PPP Team Member Kristen also has this pillow and enjoys using it to relieve neck pain! But since NEITHER of us have used it enough to give a detailed review – check out this one:
There are some products (not talking about the internet here, kids) that I would consider truly game changing. Weighted blankets. Running insoles. Good eye makeup remover. This thing goes on the list.I’ve had shoulder and neck pain ever since college rowing, when there were days I would wake up unable to move my head. A week or so ago, it got really bad again. It doesn’t help that I’m a side sleeper, have awful posture, sit at a desk more than ever, and tote around a two year old who is built like a tank. I went out for a run one day and was so sick from the pain that I was vomiting on the side of the trail.
I could barely walk home, trying to keep my head from moving, and have had a debilitating headache ever since. I broke out the TENS unit, tried heat, meds, stretching. All of it.When I went online to purchase replacement pads for the TENS, I found this cervical traction pillow. I have had more relief from a few days with this weird looking foam thing than anything else I’ve tried in the past 18 years. It’s probably not for everyone. It’s uncomfortable at first, and you have to relax through the tension. But if you have neck pain, and anything I’ve said sounds like what you struggle with, this may be the magic you’re looking for.(Thank you Amazon algorithm.)

Hmm, it’s working on our end. It may vary by region. Maybe try opening it in a different browser or refreshing your screen? Hope that helps. Thanks for letting us know! 🙂

It only worked for me when I selected the Black one (not the blue one as pictured).

Thanks for chiming in Julie! It still shows it’s working on our end on the blue one but maybe it’s only certain accounts. 🙂
