Hi friends – Mary here! If you spend $25-$30+ on a bottle of face primer and are looking for ways to save money, you may want to try this budget-friendly alternative instead! BUT…don't grab the regular Monistat cream though that's used for yeast infections – instead reach for the Monistat Care Chafing Relief Powder Gel. However, I recently learned that folks have been using this stuff as a FACE PRIMER for years – and now I know why! Not only is this powder gel a wonderful anti-chafing gel (which is great for chub rub, especially in the summer!), but it works wonders to give your skin that silky, matte look and help control the oil. It's lightweight, non-greasy, and combines the protective benefits of lotion and powder – a little goes a long way! Who knew?? 😮
