Les Mills on Demand + More Free Workout Options!
Before the pandemic hit, I had been doing Les Mills classes at my local gym for years (almost ten years to be exact!) and LOVED the Les Mills Body Combat, Body Pump, and Body Attack Classes.
Even though I follow the Faster Way To Fat Loss program pretty closely, as a work-from-home-mom I loved being able to get out of the house each day to workout with Les Mills classes at my local gym.
So when our local gym closed down last Spring due to the Coronavirus, I got a wee bit grouchier by the day. (I typically did Les Mills Body Pump on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, and Les Mills Body Combat on Fridays . . . and I used to head out to class on Wednesday nights too.)
I've done classes at several different gyms, and love that Les Mills classes are always consistently a fantastic way to get a great workout in. While I knew Les Mills on Demand was an option, I hadn't looked closely to see what they offered (until I really started to miss it last year)!
Thankfully Les Mills on Demand is letting you try it out for FREE if you want to test it out for 30 days. The cost is normally $9.99-$14.99 per month, so this is some nice savings and a great way to try it out while you're at home!
(NOTE: it's a free trial for 14 days, after that you pay as low as $9.99 per month. You WILL have to put in credit card info to try out this freebie, but cancel before your 30 days is up to try it free!)
I love Les Mills Body Combat most because it burns a ton of calories which means more chocolate for me. 🙂 It's so fun too . . . imagine kick-boxing meets a hard-core Zumba class . . . it's seriously my favorite class of all time. You can burn more than 700 calories in an hour and have fun the whole time, which is amazing to me!
Les Mills Body Pump has helped me gain so much strength over the last few years by doing it consistently two times each week ~ something I'd never done before. It's great for all levels, just start with light weights (even just canned goods will work!) if you're new to working out. (Although you can pick up some inexpensive weights here to get started).
SOOO, if you're looking to get into a fitness routine, you can workout with Les Mills on Demand for FREE from home right now. WOOHOOOO!
More FREE Home Workout Options
If Les Mills isn't your favorite option, several other websites are offering free online workouts as well, which is a great way to keep in shape while and stay focused while everything else feels a little out of whack right now.
(Oh and if you're curious … check out these other ways that the PPP Team got healthier in 2021 – we'll update it with new goals shortly!)

3. Planet Fitness is offering Free Workout Videos via Facebook.
4. Orange Theory has free a video available on their website to test out.
5. Gold's Gym is offering free on-demand workouts.

8. Of course, you can also check out YouTube for hundreds (um, thousands!) of additional free workout videos.
9. And of course nothing beats going outside for a walk or even just jumping rope in your garage if it's raining (or snowing!) all the time at your house like it is at mine.Â
Here are a few other workout videos we love that you can grab on Amazon:

I have been doing FWFL for a year now. I’ve not found it necessary to add anything additional except for a daily walk. Maybe I’ll try a few of these freebies though.
Good to know Jonnie ~ thanks for your feedback! 🙂
Love the Tone it Up app. Also, United Healthcare is giving its members a year free of the peloton app and I am loving it! Chris Freytag’s 10 pound slim down on YouTube is also awesome.
So good to know Christin ~ thanks for the recommendations! 🙂
A great, truly free one I have found is called Joyn. Website is Joyn.co
