FYI, Kroger Delta is not doubling internet q’s anymore. They are rolling it out store by store, but in the Jackson MS metro area, no doubling on internet printables. It’s headed your way in AL. After that, no doubling of any coupon at all (they are already doing this in TX).
Aside from the obvious, this stinks for us in the Jackson, MS area. We have two major chain options: Kroger and Wal Mart. Once Kroger stops doubling altogether, I’m going to Wal Mart (bleh). We have a couple of local stores that do double, but we are just starting to track their sales cycles this week. It is not looking good over here. Keeping fingers crossed that Wally World decides to roll out nationwide its doubling program.
Don’t say that Amy! I’m hoping that doesn’t happen here – my only hope is that since Publix (their biggest competitor) doubles coupons that they’ll continue to double them. I’d hate for them to quit offering that!
