Do you know if Kroger is the same as Fred Meyer? I know Kroger is Fred Meyer brand, but when I go to upload the coupons, it says that there is no available store near me – however, I live only 5 minutes from a Fred Meyer. Are these two stores equal in using coupons/store cards?
