I ran by Kroger this morning after a few sweet readers shared that our store had Perdue Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast on sale for $.99/lb., and also found that Kroger is having a 4 day Mega Sale!  Here are the items included through 7/9/11:

 

  • Tyson Whole Chicken Fryer $.69/lb.
  • Nature’s Own Bread Buy One Get One Free
  • Strawberries $1.68/16 oz. $.50/1 Driscoll’s Berries, if your store carries them
  • Di Giorno & California Pizza $4.48  $1/1 DiGiorno Pizza (SavingStar.com) or $1.50/1 California Pizza Kitchen Pizza (SavingStar.com)

    I’m at the Hughes Road store and I don’t see the chicken breast on sale any where. Must have sold out. Bummer!!

        Oh well, I guess the early bird really does catch the worm. HEHE! 🙂 The BOGO on the ground turkey was a nice buy though. $2.50/lb for ground turkey is pretty good in my book. 🙂

    How long is the chicken on sale for and is that the new Kroger that you went to? Sorry for the questions trying to plan my monthly shopping trip to Huntsville.

      I’m not sure how long it will be on sale – I’d definitely ask at Kroger if it’s not out in case they have any in the back . . . hopefully it will last 🙂
