A few quick points we liked when looking through the Helix website:

Here’s what we really think!

After receiving our new mattress, my husband lugged the box upstairs – that sucker is heavy! I “unboxed” it while he was at work as a surprise but would recommend doing this as a two person job.

Helix recommends giving your mattress a few hours to totally inflate before using it as it is shipped compressed for easy shipping.

So, after hopping on for the first time, we noticed a few things – it’s so soft while still being firm, and they’re really not kidding when they say it feels like a hotel bed! (But in a good way.)

The Midnight Luxe is a “Medium” firmness which we felt confident choosing without testing it out first. If you like a soft bed or a really firm feel, they have lines for both of those as well.

We’ve slept on the new mattress for one week now and my husband can’t stop raving about it. He is, unironically, saying how rested he feels in the morning which is such a relief! I love the feel of the bed and noticed how easy it is to roll over (apparently I didn’t realize how saggy our old mattress had gotten).
