Ingredients for Sub Sandwiches
- Ciabatta bread
- Mayo
- Dijon mustard
- Lettuce
- Tomatoes
- Red onion
- Pickles
- Swiss cheese
- Provolone cheese
- Ham
- Turkey
- Salami
How to make a Family Sub Sandwich
Start by cutting your ciabatta loaf in half. Place the halves on a large piece of parchment paper (think Subway-style!). Mix your mayo and mustard in a small bowl and spread evenly across both halves of the bread.
Layer the lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pickles on the top half of the bread. Then, layer the cheeses and meats on the bottom half. Put the two sides together.
Wrap the sandwich tightly in parchment paper. This can be stored in the fridge (or cooler) for up to 4 hours. Note: if you want to store the sandwich longer, save the condiments and wetter veggies (tomatoes and pickles) and add these right before serving.
When ready to serve, slice the sandwich into portions while still wrapped in the paper. Serve immediately with your favorite sandwich sides!

Hi! The reason I haven’t participated in your program which seems awesome? Is because I am keto/low-carb and these recipes are your standard ingredients which do not fit my lifestyle. I am keto/carb for my auto immune diseases and it really helps.
Thanks
