Back to School Fast-Batch Cooking Challenge!
I am loving this week's Eat at Home Challenge!
I made the Lemon Pepper Chicken & Veggies from the Traditional Week of 9/17 recipes, and it is soooo stinkin' good.  (Because I made it ahead of time this morning, I tasted a bit at lunch today!) 🙂
If you feel like a hot mess express in the kitchen, I soooo hope you'll consider joining me.
I know just how hard it is to come up with a new menu plan, grocery list, and then grocery shopping when your to-do list is nuts (and you just don't even want to start because you're flat-out exhausted.)
That's why I can hardly wait for you to join the Eat at Home Menu Plans with me, because I've felt like a hot mess express in the kitchen too, but my friend Tiffany has made my life sooo much easier with these menu plans.
Here's exactly how I prep my meals for the entire week in under 15 minutes (less time than it takes to swing through Chick-Fil-A!)
- I go to the Eat at Home website and pick which set of recipes I want to use (you can choose from the traditional menu plan, whole foods menu plan, slow cooker menu plan or no sugar no flour plan each week ~ I really like the slow cooker meals, have loved the traditional meals this week, and love the whole foods option too!)
- I mark off what I already have at home in my pantry fridge and freezer from the super-easy list Tiffany has already created for me.
- I create my grocery pick up order via Walmart Grocery Pickup or Kroger Clicklist
- I pick up my groceries, then make dinner every night of the week.
Success.
I skip the drive-thru, my family gets well balanced meals at home, and I save hundreds of dollars each month eating at a restaurant or throwing away food because I didn't have a plan in place.
The cost of the Eat at Home Menu Plans goes up TONIGHT, so you have just a few hours left.
Get them for as low as $1.13 per week when you use the code FALL at checkout (which saves 30% ~ the lowest price we'll see for awhile!!) And, I'll send you my FREE Lunchbox List + Printable Freezer Labels for this month when you sign up too.Â
(What I love most about Eat at Home Menu Plans? I buy only what I NEED at the grocery store, so I spend wayyyy less money on groceries, and my fridge isn't overloaded at the end of the week with food we didn't even eat. I HATE throwing away food, so having exactly what I need with a perfect menu plan in place is soooo worth $1.13 per week for me ~ I save that back and so much more!)
Leave a comment if you have any questions at all. I'm happy to help!
Hugs,
Laurie
