Instant Pot – I personally haven't yet fallen in love with the Instant Pot, however I know oodles of folks absolutely adore theirs. I did however use it recently to brown ground beef in, then used it to slow cook throughout the day and it worked beautifully. I haven't used it much for pressure cooking (yet?) but I know most folks love how quickly a meal can finish in this one!
