Okay so I have never used anything like this before. I went with the 6 inch deep tissue and just went straight for it. As soon as I tried to use it the wheel hurt me sooo bad.. I was done with it after 5 seconds so I stood up to put it in the box to return it. But when I stood up my back felt better than it ever has. After the years of abuse from football and weightlifting and a car accident I swear my back feels brand new. I 10/10 recommend this. Even though the first time felt like bruce lee just kicked my back 😂Where to begin? This product is just amazing. My boyfriend and I both agree: best purchase we made last year.
My perspective: so I’m a chronic pain sufferer due to a fairly common (though not often diagnosed in women) arthritic disorder called ankylosing spondylitis, which affects the spine. I have been in nonstop, unrelenting pain since adolescence.
HOWEVER, since getting this product I have found moments of relief (sweet sweet relief). I roll on it super hard core (more than is suggested – definitely at your own risk) but when I hear that *pop, pop, pop* in my thoracic spine (upper back between the shoulders) it’s INSTANT relief that I haven’t experienced in years.
Still, this isn’t just for chronic pain sufferers. My boyfriend, who is so healthy and athletic it’s almost frustrating, loves using it and says it helps with the daily back pain that comes with working a desk job.
We both use this roller AT LEAST once a day (I usually use it more) and love it. So much so that, while it seem a bit overly dramatic, I honestly can say that this product gave me my life back.
