How to make Sausage Biscuits and Gravy Casserole:

Go ahead and preheat your oven to 350˚F and spray a 13×9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Line the bottom of the prepared baking dish with refrigerated biscuits. Don’t use the big biscuits like Grand’s because they won’t cook through. Try to find the smaller biscuits (like a store brand) or the Jr. size biscuits.

That’s a great question, Lori! Some folks in our Supper Club Facebook group have said they make it ahead of time the night before. I would think freeing it would work just as well. The biscuits may become a bit soggy while thawing, but they’re smothered in gravy, so I don’t think it would be noticeable. We would love to hear if you try it and how it turns out! 🙂

Yes Laura! We have always used the pre-made ones for an easier route, but I am sure it would taste even better with homemade ones! 🙂
