Hi James, I am not sure about that as I have not done that before, but I believe if you needed to return something in the purchase it should not affect the promotion. I hope that helps!
You would lose the promotion. They would take a portion off of the refund. They do this to prevent fraud, such as buying items just to get a credit then returning
Does it have to be over the $80 before the subscribe and save 5% discount?
Hi Melanie! Be sure to add all of the items that total $80 or more to your cart as a one time purchase first, then when you head to checkout, click the subscribe option to “save 5% with Subscribe & Save.” I hope that helps!
I got an email that said the reward was added to my account, but I can’t see it. Where would it show up?

Hi, just like Linda said I did everything you said and I didn’t get the gray box saying P&G Promo, so I haven’t purchased yet. Should I purchase or try to refresh.

Hi Gayle, it’s not a pop-up or anything – it just shows the “P&G Prime Day Reward” under Qualifying Offers in the gray section at checkout like in our screenshots. But it has to be over $75 before discounts, etc.
That’s not to say that Amazon didn’t changed any of the qualifying items in the promo since we posted last night , so you may want to click the link at the top of our post to see all qualifying items. Hope that helps! 🙂
My P&G credit did not show up. I selected the items as a one time purchase, then added subscribe and save at check out. When I made the purchase it did not say anything about the $20 P&G. Now what do I do?
Hi Linda, it should have mentioned the P&G promo in the gray box at checkout – like you can see in our photos. Then you will receive an e-mail from Amazon that indicates the reward credit has been added to your customer account when it gets closer to Prime Day. Hope that helps! 🙂
