How to Make an Air Fryer Turkey Breast
Hey everyone, this is PPP team member Cheryl. I've been LOVING my air fryer for the past 6 months and I wanted to try a turkey breast for Thanksgiving. I was SO excited how it turned out, that I had to share.

Did you know you make an air fryer turkey breast? I didn't either but started looking it up and found that it's SO easy, not to mention delicious!
Here's how to make a turkey breast in the air fryer:
I was so tickled to find that I could make a home cooked, juicy and tender meal with just the air fryer. I've seen several air fryer recipes on how to cook a turkey, but some of them were really involved. This is a simple recipe that anyone can use!
Start with your ingredients. These are the seasonings that I used, but feel free to mix it up if you'd like a different variety.
- salt and pepper
- sage (can be fresh herbs or dried)
- poultry seasoning
- olive oil
- turkey breast
I started by greasing up my air fryer (I have a 3.5 quart – remember that depending on the size of your cooker and the size of your boneless turkey breast the cooking time may vary).
I also had to cut the breast into two smaller portions so it would fit (the larger air fryers shouldn't have any problem cooking the whole breast).
Then, you'll want to rub the turkey breast with oil and seasonings. Place it into the air fryer at 325° F and cook for about 25 minutes. Mine needed to cook about 30 minutes (this may vary depending on your air fryer).
After 30 minutes, flip the turkey breast over and cook an additional 15 – 30 minutes until the internal temperature of the turkey breast is 180° F (an instant read thermometer is great to have for this!)
It was such a treat to have this delicious meal ready in such a short time and my family just LOVED it!!
