Hi all – Mary here! I was doing some organizing recently and came across these HEAVY DUTY Magnetic Spice Rack Organizers and decided to give them a try in my kitchen.
But not for organizing spices. 😉
You see, I wanted something that would give me easy access to my PPP Home Planner and Menu Cards on a daily basis without taking up a bunch of counter space.
Ya’ll, I need all the help I can get lately (anyone else relate??) ~ and seeing this on my fridge every single day is a great reminder, and it’s so much prettier to look at than…
…all of this “stuff” that was stuck on the side of my fridge! YUCK!
And these magnets work great!
I love that I can just prop my planner up on the top shelf and pull it down to cross off my to-do list when completed. I also rotate the recipe boxes on the lower shelf and just keep the cards out on the shelf that I’ll be cooking from each week and put them back in the box when I’m done.
These shelves get rave reviews, too ~ and I know why! 🙂 They are SUPER strong!
In fact, I stacked my heavy PPP Recipe Tin with cards inside on top of my full Recipe Box and the magnet did not budge. Amazing! Note that the Tin is a little too wide to fit inside the shelf, so it slants forward a little. I will just display it on my counter, but wanted to show how strong it is!
