Laurie,
Your husbands watering system sounds genius. I joined PPP this year and am wondering/hoping to access the video you mention and pray you will share more gardening tips, savings, etc.
Thanks to you, your hubby and your team for all you do to assist us in saving money.
Deb
Thank you! I’m hoping he’ll do this again in our new house (we just moved), and we’ll get a video up. Gardening tips are my favorite so hopefully we’ll pull together a few more!
What is the name of the color of the bogina
Thsnk you

They are bright pink but I don’t remember anything else about them! I’m sorry!!
Hi Tammie! Every time he works on it or adds to it, I think I need to post more details with pictures! I’ll work on getting a post together, but he’s purchased all the items at Lowe’s and just routes the water from a hose to each plant (today he actually dropped the small hoses down the inside of our front porch posts and then drilled a hole near the plants underneath the porch railing – amazing!) Last summer we also added a timer to the system, so it turns itself on and off twice a day. (That was the most expensive part, before that we just manually turned it off and on but it’s great when we’re traveling.)
I’ll work on putting it together, because it really is amazing that it works! I know he’s used items like this to get started ~ http://www.lowes.com/Garden-Center/Drip-Irrigation/_/N-1z0yluq/pl#!
Please include more pics about watering the plants and how he made built them!
Yeah!
