I don’t understand how to use the Subscribe & Save with the $15 credit. The details say all items must be purchased at one time. But S&S items have to be checked out individually to create the subscriptions. Can you explain?
Hi Marissa, I am so sorry for the difficulty! I just checked and when using the subscribe and save if you have a single item, it gets an automatic 5% discount, but goes up to 15% if you bundle it with five items together. I just tried to run the whole purchase and it did work for me. Hopefully it does for you too. If you have more issues please let us know!
I guess I’m just thick. For me to check out a S&S item, I have to check them out one at a time using the “Set Up Now” button on the product page. If I’m adding them all to my cart, ther’es not an option to get the 15% unless I’m subscribing to 5 of one item. How are you putting multiple items in the cart and subscribing to all of them with a 15% discount. I only get 5% if they’re different items.
You wait until it’s all in your cart before you change it to subscribe and save. Hope this helps!

They must have jacked up the prices because my Prices don’t come close to those. Persil is almost $12 for one. Downy is almost $9 for me.

You can only use the coupon once in general Rebecca ~ so you’ll have to pick your favorite item to use it on! (You aren’t able to use it on multiple items!). Hope that helps! 🙂

Hmm, it may only be working for select Prime accounts, but hopefully it will work for you! 🙂 (One reader said she didn’t see the coupon, but saw the discount at checkout once she added the item to her cart ~ so you may want to try adding it to your cart to see if the price drops automatically!). Oh that is such a bummer! It may be that you have to be an Amazon Prime member – but also we’ve noticed this coupon is a slippery one. It’s been disappearing and reappearing on certain items – or one team member can see it while another one can’t. So weird! I would suggest maybe trying it later this evening to see if they pop up for you. Good luck!
