Reese's Peanut Butter Cookies – SO Soft!
These cookies are one of my favorite recipes! They are SO soft and they taste oh so yummy. You can customize them a bit too – depending on how much chocolate and peanut butter you like in them.
Ingredients needed:
- Flour
- Baking Soda
- Salt
- Instant Vanilla Pudding
- Unsalted Butter
- Peanut butter
- Sugar
- Light Brown Sugar
- Eggs
- Vanilla
- Honey
- Peanut Butter Chips
- Reese's Pieces Candy
- Chocolate Chips (optional)
Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees, and grab a medium bowl. Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and pudding and then set aside.
Beat together the butter, peanut butter, sugar and brown sugar on medium speed until fluffy. Add in your eggs, and mix.
Then add your vanilla and honey and mix until combined. Reduce speed on your mixer to low and add in your flour mixture. Beat to combine, then add your peanut butter chips, chocolate chips (if you're using them) and Reese's Pieces candies. Mix everything together well and roll about 1 Tbsp of dough into a ball then place on baking sheet.
Flatten your dough and bake 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Enjoy once cooled!

would you have to make any tweaks to this recipe to make them into bars?
Laurie says
Hmmmm Gina – I wouldn’t think so? I would just put in a pan and baked until cooked through! Let me know if it works for you!
Megan Pilkington says
How much brown sugar is used? It says “1/2 light brown sugar.” I assume it’s 1/2 cup, but just want to double check! Thanks.
Laurie says
Yes Megan ~ 1/2 cup! 🙂 Just updated the recipe!

I was wondering when you add the honey. Also, do you just use the unprepared pudding mix or do you prepare the pudding? Thank you!
Shannon says
Hey Amanda! You add the pudding mix without preparing just the powder and add the honey after the vanilla (step 6). I will update that. Thanks!!

Hello!! I am actually wondering what size box of vanilla pudding you need for this. There is a large box and a small box and there is no amount listed in the ingredient list unfortunately. Thank you!
Laurie says
Hi Jen! So sorry about that – it’s a 3.4 oz box. Hope that helps!
