This is the lowest price we've EVER seen this nugget ice maker go and PPP's Jamie has been loving hers. Here's what she said:
I had been wanting a new nugget ice maker for awhile and this Cowsar Icemaker had a lot of good reviews and MANY folks noted the excellent customer service (Which was important to me because these nugget ice makers are notorious for going out around the 1-year mark). So when they added a big coupon I finally ordered.
The first thing I noticed was HOW COMPACT this model is compared to one I had in the past. It takes up SO much less counterspace! It makes soft but crunchy little pebble ice or nugget ice – the kind you would get at Chick-Fil-A or Sonic. Also, it makes it QUIETLY – much more quietly than an older model I had tried. The functions are very simple – press the Ice button to start making ice. Hold down the ice button for 5 seconds to start a 15-Minute cleaning cycle. Easy-peasy!  Only time will tell how this one performs after several months but Im very happy with it after the first week. Here are some of my honest Pros & Cons for this machine:
Pros:
- Quiet
- Compact
- Fast-Ice-Making
- Easy to Operate
Cons:
- Ice comes out of the top chute but can clog there – so it's good to stir the basket once in awhile to keep things moving
- Each basket fill up about 3 tall glasses with ice. If you want to have enough on hand for a party you'll want to freeze extra in advance
- The ice drawer is not a freezer and ice may melt after sitting for a long time (But the melted ice will automatically be made into fresh ice)

Other Nugget Ice Makers on Sale
Walmart also has the larger Orgo nugget ice maker on sale but please note – our team has had mixed experiences with this one after having it for nearly a year.
Jamie here ~ If you love crunching on nugget ice, filling your Stanley with it, or keeping a hopping drink station while you entertain – this Orgo Nugget Ice Maker in Charcoal is on Rollback for $188 (Reg $400)
I recently got the Orgo Sonic Ice Maker because my teen boys love filling their water bottles with icy water…. and our fridge doesn't make ice. I want them to keep up their water intake and this is making them excited to do so! They're LOVING the nugget ice and it's been a fun addition to the kitchen counter. It worked REALLY WELL for the first few months, but then began to leak from the front. This was likely user error. This icemaker isn't made to “hold” ice like a freezer. It makes the ice and then if you don't use it up you can empty the container into an ice bucket in the freezer. We don't ever do that, so I assume the leak happens because the ice drawer isn't made to hold melting ice for long periods of time.
However we also had issues with cleaning the icemaker and loud noises over time. My son also had issues with his icemaker not working after a few months that he wasn't able to resolve. Since the Walmart return policy is only 90 days – we weren't able to return the machines. I emailed customer service and in response to my complaint, the company merely sent out an automated survey to ask what was wrong.  Overall – a frustrating outcome that makes me hesitant to recommend it to others. On the other hand – I have two friends who (beyond the leaking drawer) have had no other issues. So….. this one is definitely up in the air!
NOTE: To be completely transparent – when I researched causes of ice machines dying – I came across a few good points that might have saved ours. I never did a vinegar flush because I was worried how long it would taint the taste of the water. And we DO have very hard water here in TN so the scale could've possibly built up in the evaporator.
More about the ORGO Sonic Icemaker:
When it arrived I was shocked by how big it was – definitely larger than I was expecting (I had a bullet ice maker once and it was quite a bit smaller). As we unboxed it I realized a lot of it was packaging, but the machine itself was still a good size. The ice maker fit under my cabinets just fine – and even pulled out a few inches from the wall it has plenty of space.
This ice maker will hold 33lbs of crunchy nugget ice – but it takes a few hours to fill up for the first time so be patient. Once it's full, it should keep you in ice perpetually, provided you don't fill up 6 Stanley's in a row. 🙂 I was worried the ice would melt if we didn't use it quickly – but it's been holding frozen ice for 48 hours so far. What's cool is that if some of the ice begins to melt, there's a well under the ice cubes that catches the melt, turns it back into nugget ice cubes, and spits them back into the pile. So it continually keeps itself full.

I ordered one in early January. They charged, shipped and it disappeared. Got my refund but gunshy to try again. Disappointing
Mine did too. The first one disappeared and the second lost in shipping
I have a counter-top bullet ice maker. I love the ice, but it is slow to get the ice to start making. It also melts fast. I put the ice in a plastic bag in the freezer until the basket fills up again. Then I take a small hammer and break the ice apart and put in my ice dispenser before filling the bag with the new ice.
Also, I bought one of the “personal chiller” ice nugget makers and was disappointed because the ice melted way to fast. I even tried insulating the ice basket.
