You NEED to make these easy and adorable hot dog ghosts for Halloween this year! Your kids will love them!

Halloween Hot Dog Ghosts
Every Halloween, I’m always on the lookout for fun treats and snacks that make the holiday feel a little more special without adding a ton of extra work to my already busy schedule. So when I started seeing these viral Ghosts in a Blanket everywhere, I knew we had to give them a try!
They’re basically pigs in a blanket with a spooky little makeover, and they turned out so cute! The kids will love helping make the little ghost faces, and you’ll love that they only require TWO ingredients. They’re perfect for Halloween parties, after-school snacks, or even a fun surprise in the kids’ lunchboxes.
Ingredients:
- Hot Dogs
- 2 packages of Crescent Roll Dough

How to make your Hot Dog Ghosts:
Cut your hotdogs in half and unroll your crescent roll dough. You might need to smooth the seams together a bit with your fingers or a rolling pin. You’ll want to cut the dough into rectangles.

Drape a rectangle of crescent dough vertically over each hot dog, letting the dough hang down a bit to create the ghost shape.

Use a drinking straw to poke out two eyes and a little mouth in the dough.

Place on a baking sheet and bake according to the crescent roll package directions, until golden brown and cooked through. One tip: Make sure you use the dough around the hot dog to help keep your ghosts upright so they don’t tip over while baking!

Let them cool slightly, then serve with ketchup, mustard, or your favorite dipping sauce.

We love how easy this Halloween recipe is, and that it doesn’t require a ton of ingredients or prep work! These Ghosts in a Blanket are worth trying this season! They’re fun, festive, budget-friendly, and a cute way to make an everyday snack feel a little more special.
Save this recipe for your next Halloween party!
