Jessica, here! I’ve had carpal tunnel since I was a teenager, and it flares up every now and then. Since I type for a living, this can get quite painful. I grabbed this brace to see if it would help. I don’t use it while I’m typing because it’s a little too hard to maneuver, BUT I will wear it to bed for a few nights when the carpal tunnel starts acting up, and it ends up helping me sooo much, and the pain goes away for usually around a month or so. I think if I wore it to bed every night, I wouldn’t have any flare-ups anymore, but I’m too forgetful. 😉
