Fave meal is chicken!
My favorite meal to throw together on the grill is chicken (marinated in some spice) and asparagus or corn (grilled in aluminum foil). Just typing this is making me hungry!!!

I love a steak grilled medium well! Great with some goat cheese on top and just let it melt. YUM!
Grilling season is never over in MS! We cookout all year, but our favorites are burgers.

I love grilling hamburgers, steak, and a pork loin on the grill. But I love the marinades for chicken and then pan cooking them on low. With the extra juice from the marinade, they are so tender and delicious : )

Our favorite easy grilling dinner is a foil pack salmon dinner. It includes salmon, rice and veggies. Love it! That’s if I am grilling. If my husband is grilling, he can grill a steak better than anyone!

I like to marinate chicken in buffalo sauce and then grill it, so yummy! We also love to make Greek Potatoes: wash and poke holes in potatoes, microwave until almost done. Then cut in half and spread butter on top and then sprinkle with Greek Seasoning, then throw on the grill seasoned side down and they will finish cooking and get a little crispy on the outside, so yummy 🙂

My favorite grill menu is steak kebabs with onion, green peppers and tomatoes. I subscribe to all.
We love grilling lamb–cut a leg of lamb into 1-2″ chunks, brush with oil, season with salt and pepper and grill on kabobs with onion. Yummy!
