I have a pretty sedentary job and am baaaad about moving my body – I knew I needed to do more of it and when I saw this it just looked FUN! (So I ordered)

I’ve only had my Smart Weighted Hula Hoop for a day – but already got in a 30 minute workout while watching Night at the Museum with the boys. It was really easy to put together – and after a fling of the weighted ball I was hooping with ease.

I like that you don’t have to stress about keeping it from falling down – it’s ALL WIN and NO FAILURE with this hoop! I was surprised to find that it wasn’t just a workout for my core, but my calves as well – they were pushing and flexing to keep the weight spinning too.

P.S. I adjusted the belt to fit snugly around my waist because in my head – those soft massaging “buttons” can perhaps massage some cellulite away while they’re at it 😉 There are lots of folks who said in the comments that they were able to go down by one piece after just a week or two of exercising – I hope that happens to me!
